| • 20+ in SAP BASIS & HANA Administration & Migration. • Design & Architecting SAP landscape including sizing, HA Cluster and Integration • Minimum 2+ years of Cloud architecting experience for SAP workload. • Should have completed 2 implementation and 2 Migration of complex landscape • Should have done at least 2 S/4HANA conversion/Migration project • Should have done at least 1 S/4HANA Implementation project. • Should have comprehensive understand of Rise with SAP Solution architecting – Certified Partner cloud Architect. • The ECC or S/4HANA project should include at least 1 migration to Cloud. • Should have experience in integrating BTP with S/4HANA. • Understanding of SAP Cloud ALM setup / configuration. • Should have worked in consulting role in past 2 years. • Cloud certification in one of the Public Cloud providers (Azure/AWS/GCP) - SAP Specialization on Azure/AWS/GCP • Very good communication skill • Should have customer facing skills | • Should have minimum 10+ years of experience in SAP • Minimum 5 End to End SAP implementation and 3 AMS engagements. • Experience in S/4HANA implementation (Greenfield or Brownfield) is a must. • Should have a strong Tech background ( Basis, Solman) and understands the linkages & dependencies with other modules. Installation with BW/BO other surrounding SAP systems including routers, etc • Knowledge the latest areas in S/4HANA such as BTP, AI/ML • Familiarity of SAP S/4 HANA and the SAP ecosystem technologies / components • Familiarity of other technologies in the Analytics, Intelligence, Extensibility and Integration ecosystem such as offerings from the hyperscalers ( Microsoft, Azure, Amazon and Google ) • Experience in Enterprise and / or solution architecture with SAP and integration to non SAP components • Experience in response to RFP's, providing solutions, Estimations, PPT for response • Has been a part of winning proposal and carried out solution defense. • Hands-on working on solution and knows the SAP S/4HANA system • Certified SAP S/4HANA consultant • Understands winning strategies, themes and works on those lines | Graduate Engineer / MBA/ MCA | • Good Story teller and presenter. • Passionate to Learn, Teach and Share • Calm under stress • Ability to listen and distill complex issues / challenges into key areas of focus • Strategic & Hands-on • Ability to influence & convince • Collaborative nature working together across ecosystems to drive value and solve challenges |
