Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have (Ideally should not be more than 3-5)**	Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar Strong experience in IT governance and alignment of IT strategy with business goals Proven ability to lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives In-depth understanding of cloud platforms and their enterprise-level integration Hands-on experience with legacy system modernization and integration with modern architectures
Good-to-Have	Familiarity with API lifecycle management and service-oriented architecture Knowledge of advanced analytics and data platforms as part of enterprise solutions Experience with business process re-engineering to align with IT capabilities
Nice-to-Have	Understanding of emerging technologies like AI/ML, blockchain, or IoT Experience with portfolio optimization tools Proficiency with enterprise architecture modeling tools (e.g., ArchiMate, Visio)

1	Define and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap to support organizational objectives and digital transformation.
2	Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise-level solutions.
3	Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT units to align technology strategies with business objectives.
4	Develop governance frameworks and standards to ensure consistency and compliance across the IT landscape.
5	Drive initiatives for legacy system modernization, enabling seamless integration with modern architectures and technologies.
6	Advocate for innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending their adoption to drive business value.
