Experience Required

• Experience in SQL and experience delivering complex data management engagements, including all phases of project life cycle from scoping and planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go live phases.

• Experience working with all levels of business stakeholders is required.

• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization structure with significant emphasis on collaboration.

• Experience implementing and upgrading existing SAP S/4 instances to SAP S/4 HANA 1709, 1909, and 2020

• Experience with SAP data conversion tools, data model, and conversion methodologies.

• Techno-functional ERP expertise, including knowledge of available reports and database tables. 

• Excellent coordination and communication skills.

• Experience of working large-scale ERP projects or ERP production support a plus 

• Ability to translate functional requirements to technical requirements and test scenarios.

• Ability to understand the data models and structures of complex technology systems.

• Experience analyzing and implementing interfaces between systems is an advantage.

• Experience with writing functional and technical specifications, testing and training.

• Must be able to prepare regular written and verbal presentations, technical documents, and reports.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide technical / functional subject matter expertise and technical / functional clarification for SAP data objects and configuration in support of design sessions with related Process Teams to confirm functionality driven data standards. 

• End to end experience in identifying functional requirements, field mapping for assigned PLAN Data Migration objects like Open Planned Order, Inspection Plan, Physical Sample.

• Design, develop, unit test, and debug complex data conversion jobs and workflows using SAP Data Services, IDocs, LSMWs, etc.

• Work closely with the Business Teams to lead the identification and documentation of field mapping, transformation, and validation rules for the data objects.

• Support the development of unit and end-to-end data migration test plans and test scripts (including testing for data extraction, transformation, data loading, and data validation).

• Participate in and support end user training for SAP Data Conversion tools (e.g., Information Steward) and data conversion processes (e.g. Mock data load validation activities)

• In partnership with the business, lead and support data cleansing strategies, action plans, and Data Readiness Network (DRN) activities to assist in the remediation of the data cleansing, construction and/or validation cycles including the creation and maintenance of data readiness reports and scorecards.

• Perform data load activities for each mock load, cutover simulation and production deployment identified in L1 plan into environments identified.

• Provide technical support, defect management, and issue resolution during all testing cycles, including Mock Data Load cycles.

• Complete all necessary data migration documentation necessary to support system validation / compliance requirements.

• Provide technical support, defect management, and issue resolution during Production deployment.

• Provide technical support, defect management, and issue resolution during Hypercare period.

Salary Range: $100,000-$120,000 a year
