Cisco CVP Lead Developer
• Contact Center Engineer specializing in the design and implementation of CVP IVR apps, Java CVP custom elements,Java APIs, XML, and JSON.
• Requirement gathering ,analysis design, coding and deployment
• Develop Call Flow/ Interactive Voice Response (IVR) in a Cisco UCCE environment.
• Code (using Java), test, debug, document and implement IVR applications. Perform testing and integration of IVR application components.
• Develop unit test cases and perform unit testing to validate application components.
• Languages: CVP call studio IVR scripting, Java CVP custom elements, Java Web services, Jsp, Servlet, XML, J2ee, Spring MVC, Python, JavaScript, HTML5, and ICM Scripting.
• Tools: Cisco Call Studio, ICM, CUIC, Finesse, Eclipse, SQL Developer
Salary Range- $110,000-$120,000 a year
