Mainframe & Distributed Tivoli Workload Schedule Engineer
1] HIGH Priority PROD/Non-PROD Ticket Support
2] Weekend Support as per requirement from the customer
3] Change Management
4] Schedule jobs in Mainframe or Distributed Environments
5] Consultation to Users / other support team / L2 Team
6] Creating JCL and troubleshoot issues with slow response or pertaining to jobs
7] Script changes
8] Skills Required :
1. Technical Sound on Tivoli alerts and Mainframe systems
2. Troubleshoot and provide advice on Schedule jobs failure etc.
3. Experience in Performance Tuning, Slowness of the scheduled jobs, deep analysis in handling failure, RFB etc.
4. Knowledge of relational databases, NO SQL Database will be added advantage
5. Good communication skill and experience to handle P1/P2 outages.
6. Good in Shellscript / PythonTechnical
Skillset :IBM Mainframe CPU System, MVS/ESAUnix / Red Hat LinuxTSP/ISPF, TCP/IP, SDSFACF/VTAM, FIIeaidTSO/ISPF Correction
Salary Range- $90,000-$110,000 a year
