Roles & Responsibilities
• Be part of L1.5 support team
• Experience in Triage team monitoring incidents
• Working experience in Support and monitoring roles
• Monitored customer incidents as they came in and worked with our partners to triage, remediate, and resolve these issues.
• Take Updates requests from business and do system updates from lower environments to move to production
• Work with Developer and Business on the enhancement request and make sure all that is accounted for is completed
• Hands on experience in Excel and if possible, macros for triaging and reporting purposes.
• Basic knowledge of SAP applications and coordination of incidents resolving with the right parties

Salary Range: $90,000-$120,000 a year
