SAP Practice Sales Director

As an SAP Practice Portfolio sales leader, the candidate will carry growth targets and be responsible
for driving growth for customers in the Retail/CPG/Life Sciences/Manufacturing segment.
Job responsibilities would include:
- Develop and drive a growth strategy in farming existing accounts and opening new logos
- Work very closely with the industry vertical leaders and client partners to generate pipeline
and deal closures
- Develop strong alliance and partnership with SAP organization regional leaders and Account
Executives
- Anchor large transformation RFPs for S/4HANA, Cloud migration and AMS deals by providing
customer insights, formulating win themes and industry expertise
- Drive marketing campaigns for lead generation including webinars, fire side chats and CIO
forums
- Contribute to analyst relationships and ratings
The candidate should have
- At least 20 years in the SAP economy with at least 10 years’ experience in selling SAP
services
- Should have managed a portfolio of accounts with an annual revenue target of 50+ MUSD
- Should have sold and managed at least 2 end to end S/4HANA transformation programs
- Proven track record of delivering consistent growth with upselling and cross selling
experience
- Experience in pipeline generation through marketing activities and new account opening
- Should have experience in handling CxO relationships
