The Role

As a MS Dynamics 2016 Developer, you will have to possess a strong knowledge in Dynamics CRM 2016, to ensure seamless execution. You’d also install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 on-premises environments, including servers, databases, and integrations.

Key responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 on-premises environments, including servers, databases, and integrations.
Customize and configure CRM components like entities, workflows, plugins, and business processes to meet business requirements.
Perform data migration and integration using tools like SSIS, Scribe, or custom APIs.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements or updates as needed.
Ensure security compliance by managing roles, permissions, and on-premises authentication setups (Active Directory, ADFS).
strong knowledge in Dynamics CRM 2016 configuration and customization, plugin development, developing custom workflow activity , JavaScript, and SSIS
Ensure adherence to best practice and coding standards in custom development.  
Strong knowledge in SQL queries and SSIS package using Kingsway soft is needed to resolve the data issues in the system. 
Experience with the Dynamics CRM Integration with legacy and Modern systems using batch job or API is an added advantage.
Proficiency in relevant Programming languages such as C#, Typescript, HTML, CSS and .Net framework.
The ability to understand, support, modify and maintain systems and code developed by other engineering teams.
Assist in data migration, data modeling, and entity management within Dynamics 365
Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting of custom code to ensure quality and performance
Create and maintain technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and system configurations
Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and other developers to deliver effective solutions
Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
 

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

On-Premises Installation and Deployment (Active Directory, IIS, SQL Server, ADFS).
Proficient in developing plugins, workflows, and custom entities
CRM 2016 configuration and customization(Classic UI, entities, workflows, business rules).
Data Migration and Integration (SSIS, Scribe, ETL tools).

Development and SDK Usage (C#, JavaScript, CRM SDK).
Strong knowledge in SQL queries
Troubleshooting and Maintenance (Performance tuning, server diagnostics).
Strong skills in JavaScript for custom client-side solutions
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations
Strong debugging skills and familiarity with testing tools
Understanding of CRM data structures and entity management
Developing custom workflow activity.
 

Good to have:

Knowledge of Azure services like Logic Apps and Azure Functions
Ability to write and optimize SQL queries for data manipulation
Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management practices and DevOps tools
Experience in creating custom reports and dashboards in Dynamics 365
Understanding of user experience principles for CRM interfaces.
