Informatica Power Center, IDMC (Intelligent Data Management Cloud)

• At least 3-5+ years of Hands-on experience with Informatica Power Center and IMDC 

• Develop and maintain complex data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources using Informatica IDMC/Powercenter.

• Define and follow best practices for data integration, data quality, error handling, logging, and performance optimization.

• Collaborate with data engineers and developers to implement high-performance, fault-tolerant data integration solutions.

• Optimize database designs for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency in cloud-based environments.

• Architect solutions that leverage Informatica Cloud for data integration across hybrid, multi-cloud environments.

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers and data engineers.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize ETL/ELT job performance.

• Accept tickets and work towards resolution in production environment.

• Implement efficient query strategies within PC/IDMC and Snowflake to ensure high performance and low latency for data operations.

• Ensure data governance, compliance, and security standards are adhered to in all ETL processes.

Roles & Responsibilities 

• Operations support Engineer supporting Informatica Power Center, IMDC and AWS Glue production issues

• ITIL Management (Incident, Change and Problem)

• Deploy services using CICD, 

• Troubleshoot the unix shell and python scripts

Good to have skills

• Proficiency in designing/supporting ETL pipelines using Informatica PC/IDMC.

• Strong SQL skills for database querying and optimization.

• Strong Linux shell scripting skills.

• Knowledge of data integration best practices, data governance, and cloud-based data migration

• Should be able to understand and support unix shell and python code.

Salary Range- $100,000-$110,000 a year
