| Roles & Responsibilities | - Business process knowledge with Certinia configuration expertise
- Knowledge of Salesforce platform, Apex, Visualforce, lightning and API’s
- Focuses on the skills required to deploy Certinia solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration as well as supporting the application to manage and maintain Certinia applications, including user management, system configuration, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of professional services industry is preferred.
- Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to gather requirements, understand their business challenges, and develop tailored solutions using Certinia products.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to project deliverables, processes, and user guides.
- Best Practices: Advise clients on industry best practices and help them optimize their use of Certinia solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on new features and updates within Certinia, and provide recommendations to clients for continuous improvement.
