Job  description 

• Write the new Data Masking guideline
• Create the new IT critical Data Elements
• Evaluate usage of TMM and Profisee and possible new tools
• Setting up DG working group
• Proven track record in developing comprehensive Data Governance Framework, Operating Model, Policies, Processes and Procedures.
• Ability to detail and refresh DG roles & responsibilities, stewardship model, RACI matrix
• Proficiency in identifying and managing Data Assets, associated Critical Data Elements with appropriate data management controls and metrics
• Experience in operationalizing Data Governance activities, enforce adherence and adoption, monitor and track DG KPIs
• Hands-on experience in implementation for data governance, data quality, data catalog and data privacy controls using leading tools like Informatica, Collibra, Talend data, etc
• Exposure to regulatory compliance standards like APRA, GDPR, CCPA and map the requirements for implementation
• Strong knowledge in Data Management Fundamentals and detailed experience in Data Warehouse or Data Lake implementation

Tools/technology Certification and domain knowledge in financial sector would be preferred

Band :-  C1     (  Experience range   12  -  16  Years )

Salary  :-    Max  40 L.P.A  

Note :- Candidate should  have  hands  on experience in Data governance  with RACI  matrix  and also  APRA  , GDPR   on the regulatory compliance .
