1.  Experience in developing business processes and system solutions based on cloud platforms like Salesforce.com CRM, Force.com.
2.  Experience in Conga CLM, CPS, CPQ, Conga Sign, DocuSign & Product and its Support Activities.
3.  Deployment tool expertise: ANT migration tool, GitLab, Git-bash, Azure DevOps and Changeset
4.  Good theoretical and practical experience of End-to-End Policy/Contract/Agreement life cycle in insurance,Banking, Oil & Gas Domain.
5.  Experience in Data migration and integration using Data Loader, Workbench, X-Author Migration Manager.
6.  Hands on experience in Requirement Gathering , BRD , FDD Documents.
7.  Experience in various cloud environments including Sales & Service Clouds.
8.  Experience in Administration, Configuration, Implementation and Support of Salesforce CRM.
9.  Proficiency in SFDC Administrative & Customization tasks including Profiles, Roles, Users, Page Layouts, Email Services, Workflows, Validation rules, Reports, Dashboards, Apex class, Triggers, LWC components etc.
10.  Creating Custom Apps, Custom Objects, Custom fields, Applying Sharing Rules, Customizing Page Layouts, Search Layouts and Related List and defining Field Dependencies, Custom buttons.
11.  A good communicator with ability to work in a team and work according to deadlines.
12.  Participated in all stages of Software Development Life Cycle (SDFC) i.e., System Analysis, Design, Development and Testing Expertise.
13.  Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills. Detail oriented and results driven.
