1.      CSSA + SD Role

·       5+ Experience in Pega PRPC, business process management (BPM) and development methodology.

·       Minimum 3 years of Experience in Pega Smart Dispute framework.

·       Knowledge of designing flows using standard Business Process Model.

·       Worked on complete project life cycle, requirement gathering, designing, implementation and unit testing.

·       Experience in defining Process flows, Screen Flows, Data model, Properties and Class structure in PEGA PRPC.

·       Data Pages and integration connector like Connect SQL, SOAP and Rest.

·       Experience in executing projects in agile methodology.

·       Good Knowledge of BNFS Domain/Insurance/Real Estate domain.

1. LBA - 6+ YEARS:

·       Provide high level solution design that is not only fit for purpose but also is world-class.

·       Work closely with Product Owners detailing Goals, Epics, and User Stories as part of application releases.

·       Participate in Idea Conception / Brainstorming session with Product Owners and other respective stakeholders, enhancing applications scope; add relevant features / capabilities to existing process.

·       Actively design the process re-engineering thoughts to bring the efficiencies in To-Be process by reducing the processing time, reduce the cost and get the better customer service.

·       Follow the Agile Scrum Framework and participate in Scrum ceremonies - Sprint Planning, Daily stand-up meeting, Sprint review, Sprint retrospective and ensuring sprint success.

·       Conduct the grooming session on sprint user stories to SCRUM teams and Review Test Procedures and Test cases.

1. LSA Role
