Responsibilities:
▪ Client facing onsite role
▪ Working directly with Client and managing Client
▪ Managing multiple project in multiple geographies
▪ Handling teams of multiple projects across different areas of analytics, risk management etc.
▪ Client Handling - Understanding client requirements, problems etc.
▪ Preparing presentation and presenting it to Senior Management (Client)
▪ Will be responsible of different project ranging from:
o Develop Risk Appetite Statement & Dashboard (Limits & thresholds) & Create Risk Strategy Plan
o Create Pillar I capital charge framework for Credit, Market & Operational Risk
o Prepare Banks/ FIs for SREP by developing ICAAP (including frameworks for computing Pillar II capital requirements)
o Develop a Stress Testing Framework (credit & liquidity), including bottom-up stress testing
o QIS for Basel IV including preparing a roadmap for implementation of Basel IV
o Create RAROC framework and FTP framework
o Risk related policies like Risk Appetite Policy, Credit Risk, IFRS 9 Policy, ALM Policy, Liquidity Risk Policy, ERM Policy, 
Operational Risk, Information Security, BCM Policy, Related Party Transactions, Country & Counterparty Credit Risk 
Policy, Disclosure Policy, etc.
About You:
You have 5 to 10 years of relevant risk experience and you are passionate about improving yourself. You have previous experience 
in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). You have cleared CFA & FRM. Your communication skills are outstanding, and your written 
and spoken English are fluent.

Location: Delhi with 50-90% travel outside India
