Responsibilities:

                                                              i.      Lead corporate development activities.

                                                             ii.      Oversee M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) projects, specifically the Invent lead project.

                                                           iii.      Handle PM activities for Application Transfer project

                                                           iv.      Facilitate the transition of applications between two buyers for Client.

Requirements:

                                                             v.      Strong background in M&A, including divestment and cash products.

                                                           vi.      Experience in managing mergers and acquisitions.

                                                         vii.      Ability to work with application architects and business analysts.
