• As a Director you will sell and lead projects of strategic nature in areas of Procurement transformation, digitalization as well as Enterprise-wide transformation
• Establish yourself as trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the setup and implementation of their procurement operating model
• Your expertise will be crucial in advising clients on transformation projects, particularly with regard to the leading e-Procurement solutions such as Ivalua, Coupa, and Ariba
• Staying abreast of market developments and trends will be essential, as you will be responsible for sharing this knowledge within the organization and translating it into strategic thought leadership
• Provide technical and functional expertise to customers during the implementation process
• You will also be responsible for driving business development activities, which includes identifying new opportunities, developing client proposals, and leading successful pitches
• Extend a successful existing team of procurement specialists with your leadership and experience aimed at driving the next steps of our growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business administration, management, business information systems or similar
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Procurement Consulting
• Experience and know-how with main solutions (Ivalua, Coupa, Ariba) is a major asset
• An analytical mindset to critically question facts, intellectual curiosity, structured thinking, and creativity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German, any other language is a plus
• Willingness to travel (on site at our customers in Switzerland and abroad)
