Work Location: Delhi / Hyderabad 

  • Through Experience and Knowledge on Solar PV Project(s) and RE BD and tendering
  • Thorough Knowledge of complete RE and allied Project integration with Solar PV projects
  • Developing business Leads for RE projects, especially in the private C&I segment overseas.
  • Ensuring all efforts and detailed Techno -commercial analysis, Competition study and Market Intelligence.
  • Carrying out and Analysing the enquiries/projects with detailed techno commercial analysis w.r.t project.
  • Review, consolidate and circulate all Pre-Bid queries/clarifications on time to the concerned stakeholders both internal and external
  • Supporting complete Pre-Bid engineering and Subsequent vetting from the Engineering Department & CFT as per the Project Requirements.
  • Attending Pre-Bid Meeting(s) & carrying out//co-ordination for Site Survey Reports & Validation of the same for project evaluation
  • Preparation of MIS / COSTING with Technical Offers as per RFQ from Respective vendors and getting approval for Tender Submission
  • Preparation and Submission of Bid with all respective documentation and coordination with Clients/customers.
  • Support in Submission of complete Tender/Bid Documents as per Tender Specification
  • Co-ordination with Vendors and I&C agencies for getting quotations for all BOQ items for RE and allied works
  • Review with the client and accept the LOA if all terms are agreed upon mutually, Notify the client & seek LOA amendments if any of the LOA terms are not acceptable
  • Submit duly filled tender submission & order handover checklists along with all necessary documents to the concerned
  • Co-ordinating for QMS activities w.r.t BDP
  • Maintain a base of all Business development leads and enquiries/ workings with min. Tracing time.

Note: Candidate must have work experience in solar-ground mounted Projects.
