2. Master’s degree (Desirable) -Business Administration from a top school (full time – 2 years, 1 year) AND / OR – Chartered accountant with min -B.Com.

Location: 17 PAN India Accenture Location (Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Coimbatore, Chennai, Delhi, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Indore, Kolkata, Lucknow, Jaipur, Mumbai, Nagpur, Noida, Pune, Trivandrum)

Role Description: Advises, leads and works on high impact activities within the systems development lifecycle, and provides advisory work for the IT function itself.

Must have Skills: Modern Workplace Microsoft Teams 

Core Competency :

1. Deep understanding of Microsoft Teams and different components such as Chat/Video/Conferencing/Collab.
2. Solution Architecture experience in the Microsoft Skype/Microsoft Teams.
3. Understanding of how Microsoft 365 platform components interact with Microsoft Teams.
4. Basic understanding of O365 suite and associated Microsoft collaboration portfolio such as Azure AD, Exchange online, Microsoft VIVA and leveraging same for enterprise solutions extension use cases.

Responsibilities: 

1. Understand the business objectives and define communication strategy powered by Microsoft Teams.
2. Assess current business capability associated with collaboration/Audio-Video/Conferencing/Telephony and perform the capability maturity assessment w.r.t Microsoft Teams, highlighting strengths and challenges.
3. Define Target State landscape that aligns with the overall aim to facilitate collaboration within the Client Organization.
4. Consolidate Client’s multiple communication platforms into single platform underpinned by Microsoft Teams.
5. Define the use cases for AV suites – Teams meeting rooms, shared spaces, lecture theatres etc.
6. Define and prioritize the communication architecture based on business processes and applications in accordance with local legal and regulatory compliance.
7. Identify key gaps and opportunities between the current state and the future vision that could be addressed through a new Intranet and collaborative workplace experience.
