- Ensure clear and professional communication with clients, providing proactive solutions and addressing concerns swiftly.
- Bid Management and Process Optimization:
- Leverage Salesforce (or similar CRM tools) to track bidding activities, manage client interactions, and ensure seamless communication across the team.
- Oversee the bidding process, ensuring all proposals are accurate, feasible, and delivered on time.
- Identify and implement opportunities for improving efficiency and effectiveness within the bidding process.
- Ensure proposals comply with industry regulations and internal standards, particularly within the healthcare sector.
- Strategic and Market Insights:
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, particularly within the European healthcare market.
- Communicate insights and the status of client accounts to BDs, ensuring alignment with overall business strategies and goals.
- Support the achievement of target booking and margin goals for assigned accounts by contributing to the development and execution of account management strategies.
