- Overall technical ownership for the ongoing design, deployment and maintenance of the HR Applications (Workday, Beqom, ZEP) and interfaces from and to surrounding applications;
- Serve as a strong technical partner to Head HR Operations / Business Application Owner to continuously improve service delivery;
- Drive the deployment of feature releases and system maintenance, ensuring business requirements are met;
- Evaluate feasibility of system modifications and enhancements;
- Coordinate Workday external support team ensuring day-to-day systems support is balanced with strategic enhancements and projects;
- Technical accountability for data governance, security and compliance;
- Maintain master data values in Workday (ex: Job Profile, Job Family, Job Group, Roles, Custom Organization Types, Positions, Locations);
- Deliver meaningful metrics, trends and analytical insights via Workday reporting and dashboard;
