Job Title: SAP CS/SD Consultant
Job Purpose and primary objectives: At least 1 full life cycle of ECC or
S4HANA implementation /rollout experience. Good
knowledge and hands-on experience in CS (Field
Service Management, Return, Repair, Replacement,
Loan, Standalone Split/Assembly, etc) and
integration with SD, MM FICO. Must have some
knowledge and hands-on experience in SD/MM
Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an
individual one or part of a team): Responsible for implementation,
development and support activities for CS
module on SAP ECC & SAP S/4 Hana.
Felicitate, define, analyze and document,
the business requirements in a detailed way.
Ensure to avoid any conflicts between with
the ongoing SAP ECCS & S/4 Hana project
design and roll out plan.
Map the business requirements and provide
solutions along with configuration and
functional specifications and other required
documentation and configure the system
accordingly.
Lead to implement new functionalities and
improve existing functionalities including
articulating and analyzing requirements.
Prepare and conduct Unit/ Integration
Testing, Regression Testing and coordinate
with end users for User Acceptance Testing.
