Role: 

• Ensuring day to day engineering purchase orders creation within the SLA of 2 working days.
• Vendor Collaboration – new vendor registration , vendor evaluation & vendor code updation.
• Material code creation & updation.
• Collation of common spares and creating the central ARC’s / AMC’s
• Report generation for Engg Purchases plant wise – REVEX / CAPEX.
• End to end tracking of purchase orders – Draft approval from MD – Purchase order release from SAP – PO to vendor – Tracking milestone payments to vendor – material tracking – material receipt – GR tracking at Plant – Final payment to vendor. Report generation at each stage of the procurement.
• Coordinating with accounts team for capitalization of the capital equipment.
• Coordination with Imports team for import / export of engineering items.
• Responsible for Engineering items STO’s.
• Assisting in negotiation with vendor by creating comparison & covering sheets basis past procurement and tender documents.
• Assist in purchases of other verticals (RM and packaging) as required
