             Should have at least 2 end to end SAP implementation 

            experience in modules as a core team member

Role: 

SAP

• Play a major role in streamlining the processes in SAP for smooth operation.
• Serve as the key intermediary between the vendors and a variety of internal contacts. Coordinate with SAP implementation partner for the strategy / direction. Work closely with partner to ensure user issues, improvement requirements and delivery meet expectations
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
• Ensure design issues and options are clearly articulated and communicated in order to reach the right conclusion with demonstrable audit trail
• Perform Gap analysis and recommend industry best practices to address the gaps.
• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple SAP projects, with a focus on SAP SD PP and MM modules. Additionally, experience in SAP QM, PM, FICO and WM modules is essential.
• Advise and monitor quality of solution deliverables. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring projects are completed within scope, on time, and within budget.
• Supervise and lead the team, providing guidance and support.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and integrity of SAP systems.
• Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement.

Infrastructure Management and Maintenance

• Manage overall IT infrastructure and security.
• IT budget and planning on a yearly basis. Provide spend analysis and reporting in order to identify cost saving opportunities in IT function
• Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of servers, databases, and applications
• Manage additional software’s that are being used by the company
• Centralised asset management at HO for all locations
• Ensure back up is maintained and server is up to date

Security & Compliance 

• Develop and enforce policies and procedures to protect the organization's IT systems from cyber threats.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain highest levels of security
• Ensure all IT operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ISO 27000 standards.

Perform additional jobs assigned by HOD.

 

Job knowledge: 

• Strong knowledge of Business Processes in manufacturing industry.
• Experience on SAP S/4 HANA modules including requirements gathering, planning, and scoping, application design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post go-live support.
• Good Working Knowledge on solution Manager 7.2 and SAP Activate Methodology
• Proven track record in SAP implementation methodology and should have skills in implementing practical Business solutions Leveraging SAP Technologies
  Proficient in structuring parallel tasks and prioritizing and finishing tasks within the planned period by well-developed accountability.
