Key Expectations:
The Sales Development Specialist will generate new business opportunities, leverage existing industry connections, and engage potential clients.
Responsibilities Include:
- Leverage Existing Industry Connections:
- Utilize a well-established network to secure introductory meetings with potential clients.
- Engage with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key influencers to understand their business challenges and needs.
- Identify and Qualify Leads:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and key industry players.
- Develop a robust pipeline of qualified leads targeting productivity, capacity, and operational efficiency.
- Pain Point Analysis (High Level):
- Engage in discussions with potential clients to uncover specific challenges within their operations.
- Use a consultative sales approach to align Caresoft Global’s solutions with identified needs.
- Sales Funnel Management:
- Monitor and manage the sales funnel, ensuring a consistent flow of leads.
- Track and report on key sales metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications:
The qualified candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field plus 15+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or account management within the manufacturing industry.
