2. Technology Consultants bring with them industry and technology expertise to provide Technology and Platform Advisory services. 
3. The areas of focus are New IT, High Velocity ERP, Intelligent Platform Advisory, Artificial Intelligence, Block chain, Cloud and Digital technologies. 
4. The Technology consulting practice providing advisory services that help transform to our clients’ businesses through the management and implementation of new applications, platforms, architectures and technologies to: 
   1. Ensure smarter and smoother business operations 
   2. Deliver superior customer experiences 
   3. Leverage technology (e.g; New IT, data and analytics) to drive innovation 
   4. Harness cloud platforms for scalability and collaboration 
   5. Make their applications future ready 

Essential Skill:

1. 5-16 Years of relevant Technology consulting experience.
2. Experience of driving large scale digital transformations.
3. Experience working with one or more of the following industries – Communication, Media & Hi Tech, Resources, Products, Healthcare & Public Services, Consumer Goods, Retail, Life sciences, Auto/ Industrial.
4. Experience with one or more of the following platforms – 

Microsoft Dynamics (D365 Supply Chain, / Supply Chain & Finance & Operation / Dynamics CRM / D365 Manufacturing Consultant) 

1. Experience of one or more of emerging technologies/ methodologies - Agile, DevOps, Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Block chain, Cloud, IoT, Data Analytics and Security.
2. Analytical and problem-solving skills. 
3. Stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
5. Program/ project management skills.

Responsibilities:

1. A Consultant collaborates with clients to advise, innovate, architect and transform their technology landscape leveraging the latest technologies and industry specific platforms/ products/ solutions.
2. A Manager leads small client engagements or work streams in large projects to drive, advice, innovate and transform clients’ technology landscape by leveraging the latest technologies and industry specific products/ platforms/ solutions.
3. A Senior Manager leads small client engagements or work streams in large projects to drive, advice, innovate and transform clients’ technology landscape by leveraging the latest technologies and industry specific products/ platforms/ solutions.
4. Lead one or more project teams to enable the client to realize business value from latest technologies.
5. Build and sustain trusted advisor client relationship with clients, and shape our clients’ business/ IT agenda.
6. Grow Clients Technology Consulting business, develop market leading capabilities and provide thought leadership in technology consulting services.
7. Mentor practice team members and lead practice growth initiatives.
