Technical/Functional Skills

·         Expert in salesforce flow with orchestration

·         Deep understanding in service cloud

·         CPQ experience will be preferred

·         Proficient in translating business requirements into technical specifications

·         Ability to design, develop and implement:

Ø  Custom Tabs, Fields, Page Layouts. Record Types

Ø  Security - Profiles & Roles

Ø  Workflow Alerts & Actions

Ø  Lightning components, pages

Ø  Visualforce Pages

Ø  Approval Processes

Ø  Dashboards

Ø  Data Validations

Ø  Web Services

·         Create and maintain documentation on application configuration and processes as database applications are developed.

·         Able to meet deadlines and handle pressure while coordinating multiple tasks in a work/project environment.

·         Versatile team player with interpersonal skills.

·         Keeping abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and as such be able to provide recommendations for process improvements.
