Job content

• Advise clients from the financial sector (banks and finance and insurance companies), with a special focus on withholding tax and stamp duty issues
• Preparation of expert opinions and drafting of advance tax rulings
• Tax analysis and qualification of financial products and derivative financial instruments
• Represent clients before the tax authorities and in court in appeal proceedings and drafting of other legal documents
• Take over project management and project coordination for national and international client projects
• Cross-departmental cooperation with specialists from other KPMG departments
• Close cooperation and coordination with our foreign KPMG country companies
• Communicate directly with clients and tax authorities
