Brief job description
As a program manager of the Public Sector unit, you lead one or more programs Support and/or Maintenance to Development. In this role you report to the delivery lead of the customer account.

Responsibilities
1. You lead a diverse team (both diverse in capabilities and cultures)
2. You act as a supervisor and mentor of the team to achieve the objectives of the team program
3. You lead the program independently
4. You are constantly looking for opportunities to improve the quality of delivery
5. You work together with different units within client and bring our best practices and innovations to the customer
6. As part of the implementation, you ensure that client fulfills its contractual obligations fulfills obligations to the customer
7. You deliver the program within the promised schedule and costs
