- Several years of solid professional experience in a managerial position
- Accounting in a similarly complex environment, including financial statements and Balance sheet security according to OR.
- Sound training in the field of accounting (expert in accounting & Controlling, fiduciary expert, auditor or similar).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong Doer mentality.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and lead to success.
- Ability to present and explain complex topics simply.
- Professional handling of ERP and accounting systems (especially SAPS/4 HANA)
- Stylish knowledge of German and English.
