Essential Skills:

  1. 5.5-10 years of relevant Oracle CRM Service (CX) experience.
  2. Experience working in a cross functional environment.
  3. Experience working with one or more of the following industries Lifesciences, Consumer Goods, Retail.
  4. Experience in multiple full lifecycle implementations of Azure.
  5. Experience of one or more of emerging technologies/ methodologies - Agile, DevOps, Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Blockchain, Cloud, Data/ Analytics and Security and IoT.
  6. Experience of driving large scale digital transformations.

Summary: 
As an Oracle CRM Service Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. Your typical day will involve analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization using Oracle CRM Service.

Roles & Responsibilities: 
- Lead the implementation of Oracle CRM Service for a specific business function, ensuring that it meets the requirements of the organization.
- Analyze and design/re-design business processes to improve performance for a function end to end.
- Define parts of an organization to ensure that they are aligned with the business function's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the implementation of Oracle CRM Service is successful and meets the needs of the organization.
- Communicate technical findings effectively to stakeholders, utilizing data visualization tools for clarity.

Professional & Technical Skills: 
- Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Oracle CRM Service.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience in other CRM tools such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how they can be improved using Oracle CRM Service.
- Experience in defining parts of an organization to ensure that they are aligned with the business function's goals and objectives.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the implementation of Oracle CRM Service is successful.
- Solid grasp of data visualization tools to communicate technical findings effectively to stakeholders.
