Education: B.E./B.Tech/MBA/CA

Project Role Description: Advises, leads and works on high impact activities within the systems development lifecycle, and provides advisory work for the IT function itself.

Essential Skills:

1. 5-18 Years of relevant Oracle Utilities experience in any one of the following domain;
   1. Customer Care & Billing (CCB)
   2. Customer to Meter (C2M)
   3. Customer Cloud Service (CCS)
   4. Work and Asset Management (WAM)
   5. Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS)
   6. Meter Data Management (MDM)
   7. Service Order Management (SOM)
   8. Smart Grid Getaway (SGG)
2. Experience working in a cross functional environment.
3. Experience working with Utilities Clients (Electricity, Gas, Water) preferably on the Customer Services, Meter Data Management, Asset Management, etc. for Distribution and Retail Companies.
4. Understanding of the various Business Processes of Distribution and Retail Utilities and working knowledge of Oracle Applications CC&B, C2M, CCS, WAM, WACS, MDM, MDA.
5. Experience in multiple full lifecycle implementations of Cloud.
6. Experience of driving large scale digital transformations.

Responsibilities:

1. Members of Accenture’s Platform Advisory Global practice is expected to act as the trusted advisors to the CIO and CTO of our clients on technology innovation, architecture, and transformation.
2. A Technology Consultants should bring with them industry and technology expertise to provide Technology.
3. Translate clients business goals/ challenges into technology roadmaps and architecture designs.
4. Conduct research, comprehend analyst reports, keep abreast of technology trends and identify applicability to client’s business/ technology ecosystem.
5. Define enterprise blueprints that leverage emerging architecture patterns and industry/ functional solutions.
6. Partner with clients on business/ technology transformation programs; orchestrate the implementation.
7. A Manager lead small / large client engagements or work streams in large projects to drive, advice, innovate and transform clients’ technology landscape by leveraging the latest technologies and industry specific products/ platforms/ solutions.
8. Lead one or more project teams to enable the client to realize business value from latest technologies.
9. Build and sustain trusted advisor client relationship with clients, and shape our clients’ business/ IT agenda.
10. Grow Clients Technology Consulting business, develop market leading capabilities and provide thought leadership in technology consulting services.
11. Mentor practice team members and lead practice growth initiatives.
12. Should be able to independently drive Client discussions, Workshops and lead Team of Junior Consultants, and coordinate with the Development and Testing Teams. Liaison with the Internal and External Stakeholders, prepare Status Reports.
13. Work on Pursuits and Proposals, create Artefacts for Knowledge Portal, publish Articles on Digital Platforms.
14. The Role would involve travel on a need basis, depending on Project requirements, both Domestic and International.
