Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the end-to-end employment lifecycle process from onboarding to offboarding.
- Partnering with the business, proactively understanding different needs & challenges and delivering appropriate HR interventions
- Acting as a point of contact for employees to resolve a wide range of HR issues (policy/process/payroll related)
- Manage and maintain internal HR documentation, GDPR and Swiss data protection requirements.
- Timesheet & Payroll Management
- Being an Employee Engagement Champion
- Recruit Campus (fresh graduates) and experienced professionals as required by the business
- Ensure legality and alignment with TCS internal processes. Support compliance related processes and activities
- Support the development of HR policies/procedures in line with country specific requirements and industry benchmarks.
- Participate in the optimization of HR processes and policies.
- Liaise with stakeholders (Payroll / Technical teams / Staffing / Corporate functional teams) as required.
- Manage & communicate with local vendors and suppliers
- Maintain data accuracy in various TCS systems and reporting tools and prepare various HR reports and presentations.
