- Program Management: Oversee and provide structure to the program, align governance, align activities to the strategy
- Requirement Elicitation and Analysis: Gather and analyze business needs and objectives across channels and business
- Business Case Development: Create detailed cases - project objectives, benefits, and costs.
- Technical Requirement Identification: Translate business requirements into technical specifications for intake into technical backlogs
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation and generate reports on project status and outcomes.
- Quality Assurance and Validation: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and validate proposed solutions.
- Knowledge Sharing and Training: Facilitate knowledge sharing and provide training on fraud prevention processes and technologies.
Skills and Expertise I am looking for:
- CIAM and Authentication strategy background – tech and channel integration experience a plus
- Experience with large complex transformation programs
- Experience supporting a ForgeRock or any other IAM customer journey / channel integration strategy.
- Capable leader who can work independently and engage across organizations.
