Maintaining project artefacts, document repositories and key control documents. Providing project support including updating key stakeholders, tracking delivery against timelines, reporting on milestones and dependencies. . Create Workstream Status reports summarising progress, key risks, updates on milestones and overall status. Good understand of and can support the Product Delivery/Agile process. Collate requirements, co-ordinate design work, plan out delivery activity and drive the wider team to achieve the necessary results within the timeframes set. Raise and manage changes, where required. Problem solve, investigate issues, formulate plans and work across multiple teams to resolve. Merge and analyse large data sets, trend and produce reports.

The role sits within the Cyber Recovery - SAN Migrations and Technical Onboarding workstreams. Act as a tecnical lead to understand application architectures and data points, provide admin and technical execution capabilities, and support complex technology onboarding and recovery events onto the Cyber platform. In parallel can diagnose and resolve technically complex issues across incident, problem and major incident scenarios. Works collaboratively across the platform and technology stack, identifying issues, gaps and underlying problems affecting the estate.
