Job Description:
Citiustech sales and delivery organization are organized around key strategic markets - Medical
Technologies Market (HMT), Provider Market (HPR), Pharma & Life Sciences Market (HLS) and
Payer/Health Plan Market (HHP). The Client Partner will be part of the Healthcare Medical Technology
Market (HMT) team at CitiusTech, responsible for managing a portfolio of healthcare accounts.
Candidates should have strong business development focused account management experience, with
the ability to manage a large high-growth accounts in various offerings (application development, data
management and analytics). The Client Partner will play a key role in driving business growth and build
strategic relationships with client.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow the portfolio of CitiusTech accounts, P&L, MIS & reporting.
Lead a team of Account Managers effectively.
Partner with C-Level executives within the accounts to drive outcomes.
Manage contract negotiations and should be able to lead creative financial and contractual
constructs.
Build and execute account strategy for building strong partnership & revenue growth.
Work with delivery organization to scope solutions and close deals.
Provide thought leadership in technology / outsourcing.
Required Experience:
18-20 years of industry experience
5+ years of healthcare domain experience preferred.
Strong Business Development (farming) and sales (hunting) experience
Demonstrable ability to engage in consultative sales process.
Thought leadership in IT/Offshoring environment.
Education:
4-year bachelor s degree or equivalent required
Advanced degree (MBA or Masters) preferred.
