As a Software Development Lead, – Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor, you will lead and deliver Oracle Cloud HCM Time & Labor solutions for global clients. You will be responsible for solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Time & Labor processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and integration with other HCM modules. This role requires strong functional expertise, stakeholder management, and leadership capability to guide a team of consultants through full lifecycle implementations. You will lead functional delivery teams, embed Agentic AI accelerators into project execution, and guide clients on leveraging AI copilots and predictive time insights to optimize workforce productivity, scheduling, and compliance.
