As a Software Development Engineer – Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor, you will lead the implementation and enhancement of Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor (T&L) solutions for global clients. You will be responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end Time & Labor solutions that drive accurate time capture, labor compliance, and workforce optimization—ensuring seamless integration with Core HR, Payroll, and Absence Management modules.
