As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: -Expertise in multiple Siemens Application like Teamcenter, Opcenter, Capital, Tecnomatix is an added advantage -Expertise in proposal to deliver proposal or solution in multiple Siemens Application like Teamcenter, Opcenter, Capital, Tecnomatix is an added advantage - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior professionals to enhance their technical and soft skills. -Currently playing a Delivery Lead,Practice COE in existing organization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with software configuration management tools. - Ability to analyze and optimize software performance. - Familiarity with integration techniques for various software systems. -He has ability to propose solution, build, solution and capability in multiple Siemens Application like Teamcenter, Opcenter, Capital, Tecnomatix, NX. -He has experience in multiple application Integration like Teamcenter & S4 HANA, NX, Capital. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required
