Job Description:

Data migration analysts to work on hands on analysis, preparation, transformation, testing and troubleshooting of data migration activity between different platforms
1. Experience of working with Workday data migration in mid to large scale programmes
2. Stakeholder engagement across HR, HR Tech, and external teams
3. Document data transformation and mapping rules with clear understanding of mapping between source and target systems
4. Execute data cleansing and transformation tasks to prepare data for loading (populate EIBs manually from source data)
5. Hands on involvement in end to end testing of migrated data
1. Test automated data transformation against source data, documented transformation rules and requisite output in EIB formats
2. Test data in Workday against received source, documented transformation and EIB data input provided
3. Validate data and provide assurance on any automated testing
6. Investigation and analysis of data issues related to quality, lineage, controls, and authoritative source identification.
