Summary:
As a Business Process Designer, you will analyze, develop, and improve workflows, identify inefficiencies in existing processes, propose solutions to optimize effectiveness, collaborate with business users to define product requirements, and design continuous monitoring for process refinement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Develop innovative workflow solutions
- Implement process optimization strategies
- Lead process improvement initiatives

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical
- Strong understanding of process optimization techniques
- Experience in workflow analysis and design
- Knowledge of continuous monitoring and feedback mechanisms
- Hands-on experience in process automation
- Familiarity with business process modeling tools

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office
- A 15 years full-time education is required
