Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics and Power Apps developer, who is familiar with AI Builder and Co-Pilot. The candidate will take ownership for the whole end to end delivery, performing analysis, design, configuration, testing, and maintenance of large-scale case management application. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with significant experience in architecture, design, and development of applications on MS Dynamics/power platform and having reasonably good communication skills.
This requires close collaboration with peer infrastructure teams, business function aligned teams and with business users.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work with the Product owner/stakeholders/business analysts to understand the requirements, conducting tech analysis and producing project plan.
- Define Architecture and Design.
- Build functionality within Dynamics in an iterative fashion with full unit and integration tests for each function.
- Responsible for Integrating external systems using Azure logic apps, data migration and setting up standard and custom reports
- Responsible for setup, administration, and user training of the Dynamics – CE system
- Responsible for integrating AI Builder and CoPilot with Dynamics
- Responsible for setting up security configuration for the production and other environments
- Help support release deployment and provide post production support
Required Technical Skills:
Experience in Microsoft Dynamic 365 Customer Engagement
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Plugins, AI Builder, CoPilot and related architecture and design practices
• Experience with Azure, Azure DevOps for CI/CD and C#.net
• Experience of iterative / agile development practices
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
• Excellent communication skills
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
