Summary:
As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the design, build, and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical applications. Your typical day will involve acting as the primary point of contact for the project team and ensuring successful delivery of the project.

- Lead the effort to design, build, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical applications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the project team, ensuring successful delivery of the project.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- Must To Have Skills: Experience in leading the design, build, and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical applications.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with other ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Azure DevOps or other project management tools.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
