Payroll : Offshore Payroll Lead
As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that solutions are effectively implemented across multiple teams, while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency in application delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing and compliance regulations.
- Experience with application design and configuration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration processes between Oracle HCM Cloud and other systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
