Summary:
As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions that enhance operational efficiency, and ensuring that applications are tailored to meet specific business objectives. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing support and guidance to team members while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement in application performance and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor application performance and implement necessary enhancements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Max Development and Apex.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components, asynchronous apex.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems and platforms.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
-Candidate should have experience in creating SFMs, Wizards, Mobile configurations, Group wide/Org Wide profiles, Output documents, Service Board tool.


Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Service Max Development.
-The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in salesforce configurations and customizations.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
