Summary:
As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing application features, and ensuring that the solutions align with the overall business objectives. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to ensure the applications function as intended, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and optimization in application performance and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Analyze application performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Object Oriented Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ABAP BOPF, SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience with application lifecycle management and deployment processes.
- Familiarity with database management and SQL for data manipulation.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Object Oriented Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
