Summary:
As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Your typical day will involve assisting in the design of software configuration and customization to align with business process design and application requirements. You will engage with various teams to ensure that the configurations meet the necessary standards and effectively support the overall project objectives. Your role will require a keen understanding of the software environment and the ability to adapt configurations to meet evolving business needs, ensuring that all aspects of the configuration management plan are executed efficiently and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of configuration management processes.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of configuration changes and recommend improvements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP integration tools.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle methodologies.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving configuration issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
