Summary:
As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, overseeing project timelines, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to drive project success. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing guidance and support to your team while ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the development process. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that applications meet both functional and technical requirements, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills.
- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA
- Hans-on experience in ABAP on private Cloud with Clean Core development.
- Hands-on experience in RAP(Managed & UnManaged), Standard FIORI App Extension, standard CDS Extension, Standard O-Data Extension, CDS creation, AMDP, Custom BO creation, Flexible Workflows, Adobe Form, O-Data, PROXY, SOAMANAGER, Webservices.
- Should be able to search for standard APIs and provide the feasibility check to meet the client requirement.
- Strong understanding of SAP HANA database concepts
- Hands-on experience in performance tuning and optimization.
- Experience in developing and optimizing ABAP code for performance.
- Good To Have Skills:
- Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
