Summary:
As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications are aligned with business objectives and user needs, while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members to enhance overall team performance.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application components, addressing any issues that arise.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide insights.
- Experience with financial reporting and budgeting processes.
- Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting. - Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
- Experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Experience in designing and implementing SAP CO solutions. – Knowledge of - - SAP CO integration with other modules. –
- Experience in implementing solutions related to Product Costing, Actual Costing in both MTO and MTS scenario, Familiarity with manufacturing cost flows, BOM/routing structures, and cost component split. OR Experience in Service Accounting- Service order, maintenance order , billing, and Revenue recognition
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage cross-functional relationships.
- Familiarity with application lifecycle management and project management methodologies.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
