Job Title : ETL Developer (Ab Initio)

Experience Required - 8+ Years

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience in a professional environment and/or comparable experience

• Extensive handson experience with Ab Initio software, including its various components and functionalities.

• Strong understanding of ETL principles, data warehousing concepts, and data integration best practices.

• Good understanding of Big Data, Spark, Cloud solutions

• Experience with backend Java is a good add on

• Ability to analyze data requirements, design data models, and understand data relationships.

• Proficiency in programming languages relevant to data processing and scripting (e.g., Unix scripting, SQL).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues.

• Ability to reverse engineer Legacy Platform and contribute to modernization journey

• Experience with distributed (multi-tiered) systems, algorithms, and relational databases.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and develop ETL processes using Ab Initio software.

• Collaborate with data architects and analysts to understand data requirements.

• Create and maintain technical documentation for ETL processes.

• Optimize performance of data processing systems.

• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the ETL process.

• Perform unit testing and support system integration testing.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data integration.

• Lead reviews of colleagues' work.

Salary Range - $100,000 to $125,000 per year
