| Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team): | This role is part of one team. The following are the key responsibilities : - Performing Network configuration changes and Service requests by following strict Customer change management process
- Perform Incident troubleshooting & management by working with OEM providers to fix the issue
- Proactive recommendations & Scripting for network task automation for LAN, WLAN, Firewall, DNS and DHCP services
- Work with application owners for bandwidth requirements of their applications while new link commission
- Coordinate with local ISP for new internet and WAN links deployments
- Perform iOS upgrades and downgrades on switches, routers and WLAN devices
- Provide full support for the resolution of MIM and provide RCA’s for major failures (Problem Management)
