Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team):	This role is part of one team. The following are the key responsibilities : Performing Network configuration changes and Service requests by following strict Customer change management process Perform Incident troubleshooting & management by working with OEM providers to fix the issue Proactive recommendations & Scripting for network task automation for LAN, WLAN, Firewall, DNS and DHCP services Work with application owners for bandwidth requirements of their applications while new link commission Coordinate with local ISP for new internet and WAN links deployments Perform iOS upgrades and downgrades on switches, routers and WLAN devices Provide full support for the resolution of MIM and provide RCA’s for major failures (Problem Management)
Must Have Skills/Knowledge:	CISCO Meraki, SDWAN, Routing, Switching
Good to Have Skills/Knowledge:	CISCO NAC, Fortinet
Preferred Experience Range:	8-10 years
